AsiaPets provides a health guarantee for pets for a period of 3 hours from the time of purchase. This guarantee covers any health issues that may arise within this timeframe, provided that the pet has not been exposed to any harmful conditions or substances during this period.
To claim the health guarantee, the buyer must notify AsiaPets within 3 hours of the purchase time and provide a detailed description of the issue. The pet must be returned to AsiaPets for a veterinary examination. If the health issue is verified by our veterinarian, we will offer a replacement pet or a full refund.
This health guarantee does not cover any issues arising from accidents, negligence, or improper care by the buyer. AsiaPets reserves the right to determine the validity of any health guarantee claims.
